General
The Villa Seascape has four separate bedrooms with two sleeping possibilities each. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with a comfortable double bed. Each room has a balcony with an unrestricted stunning sea view. For your convenience every bedroom has an “en suite bathroom” and a private dressing room. However, there is an additional bedroom with a sofa bed for two more guests.
Thus, a maximum of 10 guests can stay in the villa.

Reservation Policies
In case of a booking a refundable deposit of 300 € is due. This will be returned 7 days after check-out. For a binding booking, 20% of the costs must be paid immediately. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 30 days before check-in. The booking costs include an additional amount of 100 € for the final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the booking price. For a longer booking (more than a week), a weekly change of bed linen and towels is possible.
House Rules
The minimum age for booking the villa is 23 years. Booking for bachelorette parties, student or school graduation parties, etc. is not allowed.
